What to do when an event is cancelled?
When the organiser of an event cancels this, for whatever reason, the organiser will be forced to refund the ticket price to the customers, as well as pay the reservation fee to MyUpcoming.com.
On top of that, MyUpcoming.com will charge an administrative fee for every ticket that needed to be refunded due to the cancellation.
This administrative fee equals the reservation fee.
