Barcode scanning
Items required
In case you choose to validate the tickets at the entrance with barcode scanners, you need the following items:
- Barcode scanner(s)
- PC or notebook computer(s)
- Ticket validation software (you can download the tool for free on the platform, the software is available for download under "ticket sales", click on "ticket validation")
- Optional: internet connection (it's also possible to download the ticket database in advance), Note that if you have more than one entrance, you need internet in order to make sure that the different computers are synchronized
Rental prices
If desired, barcode scanners and notebook computers can be rented from MyUpcoming.com :The barcode scanners and/or notebook computers can be picked up by the event organizer at one of the MyUpcoming.com offices, and they need to be returned to the same address.
If the organizer chooses for shipping by mail, the shipping costs will be paid by the organizer. The above shipping costs are for one single shipping.
The organizer is responsible for loss, theft or damage to any of the rental goods. All prices are excluding VAT.
